when i went on that group tour for paris, i remember we were all in this longass line to enter a castle owned by some famous princess a long time ago

and the tour guide was trying to make conversation so we wouldn’t be so bored and asked us if we knew any sayings in french and i thought of this dexter picture on tumblr and raised my hand

“i.. i know one, it’s like a romantic saying though. omelette du fromage?”

and i felt so cool and educated and the tour guide looks at me and says “… cheese omelette?”
