You know how people say keep your black cats inside around halloween? Cat was in the window watching things like normal, we hear a crash, realize someone fucking shot a marble through the glass. They were a bad shot so the little dude is fine, but bailed too fast for us to even get a glimpse. Don’t know if they slingshot it and ran or shot from a car, but they were GONE within 20 seconds of impact.

I have a friend who works as a vet tech. You don’t want to know the real stories she has about black cats around Halloween. She told me to keep our black cats inside a full week before Halloween.

I have a black cat that was almost killed by a teenager. He was knocking on our door and he said ‘trick or tr-’ and he stopped mid sentence when he saw my cat. He threw his pocket knife at her, but luckily my cat got away quick enough. People are fucking sick and horrible.
I actually saw someone trying to grab and strange my cat on Halloween 2 years back, pretty sure he wasn’t from the neighbour hood at the fact he was so surprised that I pounced on him and almost end battered him until he was black and blue (unfortunately my dad pulled me back after 2 punches). Just thought they should get a taste of their own medicine really. Safe to say he won’t be back at my house anytime soon.
